Protect what matters

Work shouldn’t
take over your life.

You set how many hours a day go to work and your side hustle, and protect time for the people who matter. Orva fits everything else around that — pulling straight from your Apple Calendar and Reminders — and never lets one part quietly eat the rest.

How Orva works

Everything fits — without the chaos.

Orva reads your real commitments and builds a day that actually holds together. You stay in control; it just keeps the plan honest.

tomorrow

See tomorrow before it arrives.

Three rings tell the whole story at a glance — your real energy (read from Apple Health and your sleep), the demand you’ve taken on, and whether tomorrow is ready. No spreadsheets, no guessing.

Auto-fit the rest.

Add a task and Orva drops it into the slot that actually fits — you see where it landed and why.

Theme your week.

Name what the week is for and set your big rocks first. Everything else lines up behind them.

Protect your personal life.

Personal time stays protected — Orva keeps it free and warns the moment work tries to crowd it. Work domains stay capped.

Walk in ready. Leave with the loop closed.

Apple Intelligence pulls together talking points before each meeting, and captures the follow-ups the moment it ends — sharper the more you use it.

The nightly ritual

  • Orva drafts; you decide.Every suggestion is one tap to change, move, or drop. The plan is always yours.
  • Honest about your limits. When a day won’t fit, Orva says so — and protects your rest instead of overloading it.

Why I built Orva

I kept ending the week tired, without knowing what I’d actually moved forward.

The meetings piled up and I rarely followed through on any of them. The work kept crowding out the people I’d meant to spend time with. And I had a dozen apps tracking everything I did while protecting none of it.

What I needed wasn’t another to-do list. It was something that respected my limits — that started with my priorities and the people who matter, then fit the work around them instead of the other way around.

So I built Orva, and I design, build, and maintain it myself. It’s a calm system meant to protect your life rather than consume it. You decide what the week is for. Orva keeps the plan honest, and has tomorrow ready before you close your eyes.

Even the name is a quiet nod to the nightly loop it runs on — Organize, Review, Visualize, Align.

— Keegan, maker of Orva

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do I need to create an account?
No. Orva uses your own iCloud to sync privately across your devices — there’s no account to create, no password, and nothing for us to store.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your plan lives on your devices and syncs through your private iCloud. We don’t run servers that hold your personal data, and we never sell it.
Which devices does Orva work on?
iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac — always in sync.
Do I need a specific device for the smart features?
Orva itself works across iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac. The Apple Intelligence–powered features — like meeting prep and the smart tuning — need a device that supports Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or the iPhone 16 line, and Apple-silicon iPad and Mac). Everything else works regardless.
How do I get into the beta?
Join the waitlist and confirm your email. We invite people in waves and send a TestFlight link when it’s your turn. Referring friends moves you up — 3 confirmed referrals lock a spot in the first wave.
What will Orva cost?
Orva will offer a free plan and a paid plan. Join during the beta and you’ll lock founding pricing — kept for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, standard pricing applies.
Is the beta free?
Yes — the private beta is free while it runs.
